Our digital products are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 or over. By purchasing a course, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

CLG Services LLC offers digital educational products, including:

• „Germana Pas cu Pas" – On-Demand Video Course (A1.1–A2.2)
• All future digital courses published under the CLG brand

Courses are delivered and accessed exclusively via the LearnWorlds platform. CLG Services LLC is not responsible for technical interruptions caused by LearnWorlds or third-party infrastructure.

Purchases are processed through the LearnWorlds checkout system, secured by Stripe. CLG Services LLC does not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you also accept Stripe's Terms of Service.

Upon successful payment, access to the purchased course is granted immediately. Prices are listed in EUR or USD as shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, personal license to access the course content for as long as the LearnWorlds platform remains operational and CLG Services LLC continues to maintain the course.

CLG Services LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content with reasonable prior notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, enrolled students will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund:

• Sharing login credentials with others
• Downloading, recording, or reproducing course videos or materials
• Redistributing or reselling course content in any form
• Using course content for commercial purposes without written consent

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days or if 20% or more of the course content has been accessed. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

All course content — including videos, audio files, PDFs, slides, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of CLG Services LLC and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Without prior written consent from CLG Services LLC, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any course content in whole or in part.

Course content is provided for educational purposes only. CLG Services LLC makes no guarantee of specific language learning outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and commitment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLG Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to access the course. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course in question.

CLG Services LLC processes personal data in accordance with applicable US privacy law and, for customers residing in the European Union, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679).

Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except for technical service providers necessary for course delivery (LearnWorlds, Stripe). Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

For customers residing in the European Union: notwithstanding the above, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence where these provide greater protection. Disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

For all other customers, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA.

CLG Services LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published at www.clg.academy and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
